#Lastnight's dinner menu @bartartinesf had as usual, surprising new dishes.Chefs Nick and Courtny's experiments with fermentation and bold flavors take my taste memory on a journey. This time I was with 3 others so we could try a lot. First up: Beef Tartar with smoked onion and long fermented paprika and brown rice.
